We have done several projects with Lee from On The Level Contracting & Design and each was executed in a minimum amount of time, at a reasonable price, and with a spectacular degree of craftsmanship. A recent job of wood paneling resulted in a room that looked like a piece of furniture. His work exceeds the standards of virtually all of the contractors we've ever worked with.

In one of our first contractor experiences ever, Lee Roseburgh appears to have “broken the mold” when it comes to all the horror stories we’ve heard. He provided prompt service in the early contracting phase and throughout the project. I was particularly pleased with his daily clean ups. I can’t help recalling all the muddy bootprints and debris left by multiple service providers in years past. Many of the great features of our new bathroom addition were creative solutions suggested by Lee - from wall-to-wall windows, skylight, tongue & groove ceiling and many craftsman details.

Topsail Beach, NC

On the Level completes their 4th project this year for the Town of Topsail Beach, NC. We must be doing it right for the town to call us in so many times, from replacing beach access cross-over’s, to handrail systems at the towns own Bush Marina to trim installation at the town Hall itself. Thanks Charles and Town Manager Steve Foster.
